April Tragic Part 2

My saturday was wonderful. But it doesn’t end perfectly when we met with an accident. This is the 2nd time BF & i met with an accident. Both of the incident involved with reckless drivers.

First one, occured previous year during the fasting month. The car made a sudden swerve to the left. The driver said that she wanted to go to the gas station but was distracted by her children. When she realised there was a gas station, she just swerved in without hesitation. And there we were, at the left lane, hit her side of the car. No one was injured in the car. Luckily, BF wasn’t injured too. I only have minor injuries on my left leg. The bike was alright.

Yesterday, we were on our way home from Jalan Kayu. We just seperated from Ai & Iss when the accident occured. At the narrow lane, a JB car mane a sudden illegal U-turn there. He did not look carefully for any vehicle, he just turned! BF made a jam break! Both of us hit the right door of the car. The window shattered. The back of the bike was on the car. We were stucked there. Out of shock, i just jump out of the bike. I couldn’t believe my eyes, looking at the position of the bike on the car. How on earth the bike got up there? I injured my hip and left leg while BF injured his shoulder and his left hand due to the shattered glass. But we were very fortunate that the accident were minor although the impact was strong.

I was so pissed off when the guy wanted to drive away while the bike and BF was still stuck there. I told him to stop. He gave a blur face so i somehow raised my voice. Then, he stopped. The passerbys was making a commotion but had slow reactions so i had to tell them to help get the bike down. hais… But lucky, there were there to help. Someone called the ambulance and police. We were brought to hospital. After checkups and X-ray, we do not need to be admitted as there were no broken bones or wadsoever. BF got 3days of MC & i got 4days of MC. Phew, syukur!

It happen at 3.20AM at Jalan Kayu. And we both reached home at about 8AM.

The Investigation Officer called BF and told that the man was suspected drink driving as he smell of alcohol. I think he has to be detained for investigation. Tomorrow, we will be meeting the IO.

After the incident, we still could not believe it happened. First, thing that comes to my mind was that BF haven’t fully recovered from his previous hand injuries and now, this? I think Sparky Bike gets all worked up when he heard BF wanted to change his bike. hais.. There were many lucky, ifs and buts. We were really fortunate that BF wasn’t speeding. If not…..

A Week of Breathe…

I think, i have to keep changing my layout in order to keep my drive to blog. :|

At times, i don’t know why i keep calling without any motive. I guess i just need to feel your presence near, somewhere, somehow. Maybe feeling you’re amiss? Maybe…

Finally, a week of breathe… At last, a break… I’m so content even if it’s only for a week. I forget how to survive in this school of design already… It’s mentally & physically draining, really. When it’s not holiday, i have many plans but now, it’s holiday, i have no plan at all!!

Gosh, no words can explain how lame my days get. I slept the whole day already. I did what i have to do till i don’t know what is left to do. To add matter worst, it’s rainy season yet again. Resulting in everyone gets lemau. And raining is equals to diffculties in meeting BF.

Enough already… Actually, I’m here to share something with all of you. Something which i can relate everyone to… Those wise words came from my director when he gave a talk yesterday. I really love to listen when he speaks. He’s really a motivation leader.

He also did called students who’s on SIP in Mexico yesterday to tell us about the earthquake. But sadly, all of them slept like a log! So, they missed out the rare feel of an earthquake. Think again, how cool is that TP send them to Mexico, some in New York and various parts of the world. They must be ALL As students listed in the Director’s list.

For the past days, i haven’t had the mood/drive/time to online/update my blog/gallery/profile. I’m already dead beat whenever i reached home. Thus, this very overdue pictures…

FYI, my dearest bf is recovering very well, a speedy recovery indeed. In fact, he’s back on Sparky (bike’s nick). Be extra careful next time round…

On a lighter note, we’ve been spending some quality time together as he recovers. But soon, pink of health = working/schooling. We’ll be busy with our own task. He will be busy with his tight working & schooling schedule. For me, i’ll get myself busy with school after this one week break (phew, like finally a break!). Bottom line is… I’m glad he is well now. Alhamdulilah….

And today, marks 2 years & 7months together…

That’s that. I’m bored of this white plain layout. Either i’ll revert it to the old layout or change to a new one… Till you hear from me again…

Journey To Recovery

I spent my weekends at Bf’s crib. It’s been a week since Dearest BF’s journey to recovery started. He still had to go through the daily changing of dressings & stuff. In order to save cost, they decided to clean it at home. Fortunately, one of his cousins is a nurse. So, on Friday, BF’s mom & i went to ‘shop’ at Pharmacy for the items needed. We feel very Doctor-ish hokey?

On Saturday, his cousin came to clean the wound and to help BF with the dressing. I’m so anxious to know how’s his thumb look like. Anyway, there’s still an open wound.

Sunday, i was at BF’s place too. Helped him to clean the wound & changed dressing. I was too slow & too careful that he ended up cleaning his own wound. Although, he still has another week of MC, he’s gonna be back to school tomorrow.

Ok that’s it. I got to start working on my Final Design for my assignment.

KL Trip

So how did my week go? Well, simply plain plans but i did enjoyed my week! Basically, i spent most of my days at BF’s crib since i’d feel very uneasy when i didn’t visit him, since that incident. His recovery is progressing well even though the pain hasn’t subside. He went for his first appointment just now.

During the past days, we have a little walk at Causeway Point, have our meals at Banquet & watch a movie, Shooter. Although, he wasn’t 100% well, he insisted on going out as he was too bored at home.

Now, I shall enlighten you readers about my overdue Kuala Lumpur Trip.

Day 1
- Make our way at 5.00am.
- A journey of about 4 hours with a few pit stops from JB to KL.
- Reach KL at about 10.00am & check in the Hotel, Royale Bintang.
- Went to Cosmos Theme Park at Berjaya Times Square.
- At night, we went to Petaling Street. ( Gosh, the guys are scary )

Day 2
ok, i actually forgot where we went to!
- Went to Central Market ( Beautiful shawls )
- Visit the Palace of the Golden Horses (Magnificent view! The carpark rates is damn costly, RM10/hr)
- Then, to Nilai.
- Last minute shopping at Jusco, JB. (Shops close at 10.30-11pm!)
- Back to Singapore, my homeland.

That’s all that i could remember. Oh ya, the worst ride i ever rode in my life was The Inverter at the Cosmos Theme Park! Killer ride, i tell you! It will make you puke for sure! :o For the first time, i vowed to myself that i’m never gonna take that ride ever again! And surprisingly, i didn’t really shop there.

But of course, i had a wonderfull time, although my holiday was a short one. So, continue reading for the captured moments… ( image heavy )
